Ok in my other posting i was griping about my trd springs....here's my issue with them..i know that since i never changed my shocks that might be part of the problem. I have a feeling though that it's not all the shock problem. I got my TRD springs when they first came out..i got my solara right when it came out.....my car was the second car the shop ever did when they put my springs in....does anyone know if the springs changed at all over the years? and also my car has settled a lot.....i've talked to other people who either own solaras or have worked with them and they think it's werid that the springs settled down so much....especially since the trd springs are really rebadged eibachs.......

You prolly blew your shocks.

Springs should last way longer than your shocks assuming they are not rusting.

see i was right that you didnt change the shock. Factory shock is the way too soft, your car must bounce like a boat and scratch the buttom alot. In stead spend money for a set of new spring, you should spend the money to buy a set of aftermarket shock such as tokico

Real, expensive, coil-over systems (e.g. JIC) are supposed to be pretty sweet. Cheaper ones like Ground Control are supposed to ride pretty harsh. I would stay away from them based upon what I have read. Search will yield many opinions on coilovers.
