I think there is a leak in my car. What is this rubber thing called and how do i replace it? (see below) This place is right below the air filter.

After rotating this rubble thing, i realize there is a small tube coming out from it. Is this supposed to be connected to something or maybe this is where the leak is coming from? (see below)

What color fluid is leaking? And I don't have a gen 1, so I'll need a picture zoomed out a bit.

is that thing connected to hte shifter cable? and is that an auto or manual? cuz they kinda all look the same at this angle...
