Tailight & headlight Smoked/Blackout kits Universal Non

Postby Robert » Sat Mar 22, 2008 11:31 pm

for those who didn't know, i work at a sign shop here in Farmers Branch texas. & i understand alot of people are interested in Non permanent headlight/tailight smoke out or blackout kits

Except those universal kits you can purchase online are insanely expensive for what you get & most of the time don't fit right

NE-ways We've got a clear material here at our shop that i can print preaty much any color/pattern on IE: Black

I'd be willing to sell this product by the square foot, $5 Sqft Unlaminated & $10 Laminated

Basically the product will be sold as squares of material Oversized so you may stretch to fit & form your light

I will test on my vehicle FIRST & post pictures, maybe video, with installation instructions before i sell this

I just would like an idea of how many of you would be interested in purchsing this at the prices i'm selling it for

THanks - Robert

Robert, what kind of printer are you using? I'm guessing since you're printing on clear in about any color or pattern you must have it set up printing one of your colors as white. I'm running a Roland SC540 and everything I print depends on a white point. I've heard the ones set up with a white ink are pretty sharp but never seen any actual print jobs.

I am interested too. but I want to do this on my fogs (solara gen 1). I don't use my fogs and I just want them less noticable. those fogs are kinda big.
