change color-TRD boost gauge

Has anyone changed the color on their TRD boost gauge? I planning on changing my instrument panel light to blue but I would like to change the gauge too. I'm just not sure about opening it up.

Thanks in advance

just find the correct bulb and you are set. i forgot the exact model number bulb, but it is a "wedge type" and is the same bulb as the gauge cluster and rear license plate.

194's...got it
I did a search and looked at those posts, but I didn't remember seeing anything on the boost gauge.
To open the gauge does the front (glass part) screw off or something? I noticed the 2 screws inside the glass so I'm assuming I've got to take those out to get to the bulb.
btw...will changing the color of the smaller bulbs across the bottom of the instrument cluster be worth it?

If youre talking about the lights for the CE, ebrake, seat belts, etc., no its not reallie worth it.

The bulbs are small clear 2721's and the film on the cluster itself is orange... if you actually take out the cluster and unplug the bulb for one of those symbols, lift up the cluster to a light, ull see that its all orange... just like how your turn signals are green

i just didnt bother with em

leave ur boost gauge alone..gauges such as ur boost and air fuel should NOT be messed with...first of all they are highly sensitive and are very vulnerable to be thrown off the mark; also why worry about the color of your boost gauge; having it in the first place should make u feel good enough! hehe L8r moe
