New photoshoot - The Beach

Armed with my brand new Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi DSLR camera, I took pics of my car after giving her a good wash. I parked her right by the beach and took these shots. Please let me know what you think.

I know the pics are blurry. It's the Canon EF-S 18-55mm II lens that came with the camera as a kit. It's classified as "Very Soft" which annoys me. I'm gonna have to buy a new lens at some point.

Without further ado, here they are!

Really nice shots. Love the Cannon. I have an EOS 30D & damn those shots make me miss FL. Used to go fishing and shrimping in Melbourne. High times to say the least.

Shooting speed's pretty good. 3 shots per second for a maximum of 27 in a row for the Large setting, or 9 in a row for the RAW setting. The F-stop is entirely dependent on the lens and as far as I can tell, the kit lens have a 3.5 minimum F-stop.
