Input needed - fuel upgrade recommendations?

Input needed - fuel upgrade recommendations?

ok first of all i know this has been discussed many times and i have read many posts on it and have also talked to many people about it on aim. But i still feel like i would prefer more peoples inputs as everybody seems to have slightly different mods on their vehicles and thus different ideas of what may be better.

First off these are the mods i plan to be running when done:
s/c @ 5lbs
jpp headers
Apexi WS exhaust
jim's fuel system upgrade (fuel lines and filter)
ik22 spark plugs
magnecore wires
k&n air filter
safc 2 for tuning
vehicle is a 5 speed with ~65k miles

These are the mods i need help with choosing:

Fuel Pump - I think all i need is the walbro 190 as my mods are not that extreme. if this is correct i recall reading there are different models of this pump, so which would i need and does anyone know how to modify it to make it work (since urd no longer sells this and yes i did try to contact them again)

Injectors - i have no clue right now on what to run with my setup. i almost feel like i can get away with stock injectors but i kinda feel as if 310cc injectors may give added support. i think 330cc may be excessive but i know there are a few people selling them. so please any input on what you feel is best for me is greatly appreciated.

Fuel pressure regulater - i really don't know much about this but if this is needed then please let me know what is best. i don't plan to go with a return style fuel system so i don't believe this is needed but if it would be beneficial then i will definitely get it. any recommendations on this?

Also please keep in mind i know i can probably get away with different things but i want to run what is "idealy best" for the life of the engine as i plan to keep it a daily driver.

Thank you for reading and any input is appreciated.

i think i've covered everything that i will need to tune and keep the engine running well. if i forgot anything please let me know.

The only thing needed to fit the walbro 190 is to shave down the inlet area.

Here is wat it should look like after ur done...

Make sure u buy the pump from a reputable dealer.

U will also need 5 additional o-rings that u can buy from toyota, these o rings are the rings that go around the stock fuel pump's Inlet hole.

As for injectors, u can run ur stock injectors till id say about 230-235whp...then that 290cc wont be to good.

As a safe mod, u might want to do the 330 CC injectors.

But at 5psi, u wont really need them.

As for the fuel Pressure regulator, we do not have one at the fuel rails because our fuel system is not a return style. We do have one at the Fuel pump.

People have modified this by crushing it slightly to make the spring inside more tensed to allow more pressure, but i wouldnt really recommend this.

I would look into what is called jims fuel mod to even out fuel flow between the 2 banks.

thanks for your guy's input. i do already have jim's fuel mod on my vehicle. more input is appreciated. Thanks a lot for the picture, that's exactly the info i've been looking for. now i feel more comfortable getting a normal walbro fuel pump.

Thanks,
Michael

I think for 5 psi I would run the walbro 190, jims fuel mod, 330cc injectors, safc, and call it a day. I think that should be plenty of fuel and tune conservatively, you should make safe and reliable power. that is what Im planning to run here in a week or two when school slows down and I can finally work on my car.
