i just got these bad boys installed, looks great so far. i will take some night pics later when i get off work tonight and post them. prolly wont be up on the site till 4am though..since i got get off till 3. alrighty i will let you all know when i get a chance. as for the group buy check out this thread if you havnt already

yeah big, i am definetely interested, but what "K" shout i get, i want that bright white/blue light

I am a noob when it comes to lighting, so if anyone can fill me in, that will be great

i have those and its very white with a bit of blue

The thing is that at that brightness, it's going to look very blue next to other cars. If your looking to have the HID look without standing out (and being a cop magnet too), go with the OEM 4300, or perhaps a 4800 or 5300. Over at HID planet, i'm sure you can find color comparison pics (infact wasnt there one posted here?) There was, http://solaraguy.com/viewtopic.php?t=39711, but if you look at places like hte hidplanet.com forum, you can find pictures like this

I didnt notice this was in the gen 2 forum... i have 99 solara.. will they still fit?!

if yes, what are those black boxes connected to the bulbs?

Black box = ignitors I think

The kits will work, you just have to order the right ones (9003 in your case)
