$14,000 should be a good price.
I paid about $3000 in parts(all from Stillen.com) and labor and I have to mention that a lot of the labor was done for free. The speed shop that installed the clutch and suspension, did the timing belt, water pump, thermostat, plug wires, acc belt, etc ...plus a free steam wash of the engine and engine bay.

the car is in great condition and if you plan on modding the car, it's just waiting for an S/C w/ 7 lb pulley, replacement strut tower brace, body kits, new exhaust(headers, y pipe + muffler), dash kit, cold air intake, new valve cover, ...there's an a/m fuel pump for the S/C. ...ooh, ooh, there's a CF hood too.
For the ultimate mod, you probably heard of the 1mz-fe twin-charged engine. meaning it had both SC and turbo.
