Finally had some time to snap a few updated pix after I got tagged on the street...got the Tein CO's, 10mm spacer up front, 22mm in the rear (the tein's are really soft so I had to compensate a little and shave the spacers down), and JP headers, y-pipe and exhaust.... Alright, enough talk....

sexy. i love the lip. dangerously low. very clean and nice.

that one picture where it looks like your car is 1 inch off the ground, it reminds me of my friend CB7 accord. No matter how slow and how he angles it, it scratches his lip kit on my driveway. lol. just becareful of speedbumps and dips. I hate them. :]

keep up the good work.

Super clean - looks like it could have come off the showroom floor like that! (Chip Foose would be proud of you!) ;)

Great pics and great photography work. I just thougth of something. Do the headers affect getting to the oil filter at all when you change it? If so, is it harder or easier?

I can tell you from experience it's easier to get to from above since you don't have the heat shield or the pre-cat can down there... but it's still hotter than hell so don't lean your arm up against them!! ;)

That is sick. very very nice indeed.

How much and where u get those teins?

Is your Teins on the lowest setting or is there more to lower it?

Im thinking about coilovers, but i want it more slammed than that. hah. just wondering.

PXL: That's the one thing I hate about changing oil on the 1MZ... The headers are so damned close, it'll still spill all over the place no matter how careful you are, and hotter than the sun even when turn on the engine for 10 seconds!

Personally what I do is that I liberally spray water on the thing to remove most of the heat, then put a 1-2 folded shop towels over the header.

But does the different headers help at all though?

well, i dont know how the v6 oil filter is positioned, but for the inline 4, its hard to get any tool to grip the filter. lol. i had to turn by hand in auto class. :]

free supplies in class ftw!

thanks guys! to answer some of the questions: no difference in changing the oil filter, same as before. I actually got the tein's off ebay, cheapest I could find, but they are SOFT. Softer than my Tokico/Eibach setup. The rear can be slammed a lot more than that, the front is about as low as it will go. Any lower, your gonna have a hard time getting wood underneath there to lift the car. My advice, if you want to go lower, bag it. In terms of turns for stiffness, both the front and rear are on the hardest setting.
