If the outside dimensions are exactly the same or smaller, then yes it will fit. Try a search :)

With 245s you may need to roll/trim your rear fenders, but that's the size I plan to put on mine after I get some new rims (someday!) ;)

Prolly roll okay but depends on how lowered you are. Also if you're driving hard in a corner and hit a big bump you'll probably still scrape.

Yours won't be as low as mine - but you're going up to 19" so like I said, it might rub while in motion turning tight corners.

Things working against me:
• -30 offset rims
• about an 1/2" lower than TRD springs
• I am a fat ass that drops the car another 1/2" ;)

So I've currently got 225/45/18s on my ride (235's would be perfect dia and width on front if my offset was 40-42)

Seriously though, check out the calculator here and use the OEM specs as your guideline (215/55/17 - 17x7.5 40os)
http://www.rims-n-tires.com/rt_specs.jsp

MUCH better than the goofy Miata tire calc thingy and gives you fitment info with offsets, etc...

If you're planning on rolling on 19s then you're going to need xxx/40s if you want the closest to correct dia. If you actually use the calculator in the link I gave you then you'd see that as well. ;)
