I had similar noises. I looked up the torque specs for all suspension connections. Once everything was tightened down it all stopped. BTW the end links are a pain due to that 5mm Allen in the middle.

when we took out the rear struts on my car to put in the tokicos...Adam found out that the mount wasnt installed correctly and thats why it was clunking.


Theres a notch on the strut shaft that goes into the mount, if that notch doesnt go in correctly, and u torque everything down, itll make noise...but i dono how it is with coilover's mounts and wat not...just puttn it out there for ya.

checked dat already, JIC's come pre-assembled.

the only thing that moves "freely" are the control arms.

gonna order some soon, cuz I think that toyota built these with rubber inserts to absorb the shock, so they would wear out, also noticed that only the right hand side arms are available... which happens to be the side that is making the noise.
