Noticed a little dew on the 'lara this morning... just after a walk around the property to survey the morning magic...

Crisp, I don't want to alarm you, but it looks like these two are conspiring something.

Just be careful. That's all I can say.

Well... yes, and no... (I have to look out the window, or go around to the back of the yard... but if I put in the EXTRA EFFORT to do that, YES... the scene is pretty much as pictured. 8) )

Thanks guys... it IS a beautiful scene... when I take the time to check it out. The deer are out back all the time, and I often hear them scamper off when I start my car to head in to work. I had to shoot those couple deer photos through the multi-panes of the bathroom window in the back of the house, and it's FILTHY with dirt on the outside, and spider webs and such between... (gotta clean it one of these days!) I also had some overgrowth just outside the window, so you can see how the deer were only in clear sight in patches...

...shortly after I shot those first couple frames of the deer, I decided to quietly sneak out the front and around the house to try and fire a frame or so in plain view... but the DARN BIRDS were going NUTS as they screeched and cackled warning cries that alerted the deer LONG before I could even take aim at one!

It's a great property to walk around with cup of coffee in the early morning... and my neighbor's lot, about 10 acres that boxes me on two sides is where the pond is, but because of the layout, it's like all the property just runs together... and I get the benefit of a lot more than my sliver of just over 3 acres. :D
