From what I've seen on eBay and around locally... you could probably ask as much as $14,000; expect to get 10-12 though.

Texassolara,

Regarding the resale value of your car, Id follow the advise of the previous posts. Regarding the life or death of this site, I have gotten SO much valuable insight and information from this site. What I appreciate about this site is the posts typically relate precisely to the concern presented. Many auto sites have posts which are completely irrelevant. I appreciate that when I ask a question or want an opinion I get a valuable and relevant response! Dead? I think NOT! This site is ALIVE AND WELL!

Good luck selling your Solara! Are you going to get a 2004? Or something else?

Kbb and edmunds do not give an accurate estimate for all cars and in all areas. Also car usually go for less on EBAY. Anyhow my Solara color is Pearl White. I guess I am going to list it in Austin Newspaper for $12,500.

I am looking for a 98 ~ 99 BMW 528i. :)

Don;t even bother with local news papers. Just post it on ebay. You might not get a buyer from the bid's, but don't forget to post your phone number...I received TONES of call's when my celi hit ebay! (got ZERO calls from Houston Chronicle)....
