Search Google for "22800 Wheel Stud Installer" the name of the video there are plenty of places to buy it. Or you could go to the website of the people who posted the video and pump in the part number given into their skew search and order it from there.

i install wheel studs with the lug nut and an impact gun...i just hammer the lugnut onto the stud until the stud is pulled into place....thats what i was taught when i started working at toyota 2 years ago and its never failed for me
