yeah i dunno how you can say that's a good cutoff, it looks really really wrong. you should not be having a bulge in the middle like that, and it seems to be offcenter (your driverside cuttoff edge is higher than your passenger side) which wuold throw lots of light into people's eyes. You should remove all washers or other mods you've made to the lights first to make sure things are right, cause it looks like your bulb may be seated wrong or something. It should be a lot sharper, or at the very least a lot more even.

That picture is only the driver side headlight.
I'm goin' to take a set of washers out to see what it looks like.
The projector and bulbs are fine.
