FREE Ksport Coilovers

I won $1,400 "ksport dollars" which I used to purchase the coilovers directly from ksport, so they were free. I could have spent the money on anything ksport related, but the coilovers ended up being $1,400.

That sucks that Ksport dollars dont have USD values, you could have pretty much gotten two sets for that

That was the kicker. Nobody ever pays $1,400 for these coilovers, but I'm not complaining since they were free. Had it been USD, I probably would have blown the winnings on strippers and beer haha!

The wheels are still at the powder coater, but until then here's my crap attempt at a teaser. This is what I was up to this past weekend.

Once I'm slammed and stuffed, I'll make a separate thread with pics. Thanks for stopping by san diego...

When do the wheels come home?

With the adjustable endlink bracket, you can raise and lower the swaybar to adjust the preload. There's no need for adjustable endlinks with this kit. And don't worry Kevin, you're the OG for this look so I'll always be 2nd. :D

The wheels should be back next week. I could get them sooner, but the powder coater is 45 minutes away, and I don't always have access to a truck. This waiting is killing me!

Nice, so u can create load on the swaybar to get a stiffer bar.

No need for a truck man. 2 in the trunk 2 in the back seat. roll them in garbage bags. haha thats how i did it when i first bought them.

^Bingo. I've actually been collecting a set of all fronts for over a year and a half. I always knew that I wanted to do a custom powder coat finish, so this has been a long time coming. I've always been a fan of factory swaps...

I would transport the wheels in my car, but the highway to the powder coater is through back-country where the roads suck. I didn't want to whore out my new suspension on the trip, thus why I'm waiting for my dad's truck. I need the time to put my back seat back in anyways.
