I use shell 91 with only 250 miles a tank when the fuel light come out.
I usually have a tank of gas 30% on a flat local street. 30% on local uphill, 30% on local downhill and 10% on freeway.

P.S. I don't want to use 76 because shell is cheaper than 76 in my area.

well 76/mobil is expensive than chevron/shell in most areas including mine.

but try and do some math. if you get 3-4 miles more per gallon with 76/mobil and you fill in 15 gallons you are looking at 45-60 miles more per 15 gallons. now with your milage of say 21 or 22 with the cheap gas, you are looking at 2-3 gallons more to drive that 45-60 miles that you would have gotten had you filled in 76/mobil. that comes to 4-6 dollars worth of gas considering that cheap gas is 2 $/gallon.

now, i am sure the difference between 76/mobil and shell/chevron cant be more than 20cents. so for a 15 gallon fill you are looking at 3 dollars more for the "expensive" fuel.

so in effect, in order to save 3 dollars on that expensive fuel you are paying 6 dollars for the cheap fuel.

now stop :drinking: and start driving and give you poor car some nice fuel. there is a reason why these fuels are more expensive.
