Switch to synthetic oil while your car is still at a relatively low-mileage. Engine, Transmission (and differential if applicable) oil. If you keep draining and re-filling the tranny regularly (every 25-30K or so) probably you don't need a flush.

Also (DIY):
- Air filter
- PCV valve
- Wiper blades

Coolant flush - I waited till about 40K

at 30k i did tranny drain and refil which i also did at 15K. also air filter replaced but i did it at 10K but cleaned it at 30K since i have a k&N. also radiator drain and refill. every 30K. you dont need to flush unless its really needed and of course regular oil change every 3K. im at 34k almost at 35K right now and going into service my car this coming week.

it you go to www.longotoyota.com they have a service schedule to look at and what they recommend. its really useful.
