TRD Corolla

I work for a rental car company and I see a lot of customers braggin about their cars. Today, this old couple came back from their trip. (I think they are into their 50s or 60s) I rented them a Collora LE....and they told me they did own a corolla back home. Well this is how the conversation went....

Steve: "The car worked out ok?"
lady: "It worked out fine but I tell you what, our Corolla is a lot smoother than this."
gentleman: "Well, we have the TRO package honey."
Steve. ".............................."
gentleman: "I think you guys should change the engine oil on that car because it wasn't running smooth at all. You guys should have gotten the TRO Collora."
Steve. "..............."
lady: "I think our Corolla runs a lot faster, don't you think so hon?"
gentlman: "Oh yea, we've got that....vtec thing."
lady: "Oh yea."
Steve. ".............................."

I was trying not to laugh the entire time.....and it was just so hard. Especially when guy said about the TRO package.

lol, I wonder if there's a TRO package for the Solara? I guess its the Toyota Racing....Organization? hahah, I think I would have corrected them, of course before making fun of them to their faces...and probably getting fired, lol.

they probably have a Corolla S.
check the car out, maybe it is running rough. i've learned to believe people sometimes (even if they are old) and not always think they are smoking crack!

BTW, TRD does make a supercharger for that car.

TRO! LOL!

I'm assuming you guys rent out the 03's. I've driven the 03's......Thats not as smooth as my 1994 Corolla GLi (came std with roof, spoiler, skirts, 4 disc brakes and sport seats). Makes me wonder why didn't i import that sucker when i moved here.

tro..hahahahaha why would you brag about your corolla for?? the only corolla even worth bragging about maybe are the old AE86's...and thats only if they're heavily modified...i hate seeing people who think they're the shiz in their corolla's makes me wanna run them off the road...
