Could youguys help me get my money back?

Hi guys
If you could please E-mail( Randy@allbodykits.com) And ask him why he hasn't refund my money and ask him why he is running a fraud company. and that everyone knows that he is a fraud company.
Maybe I could see better results that way,
Maybe a flood of e-mail from the solara family could get him to give me my money back, It's been over 2 months.
I dont want to get a lawyer, but that is my last resort.
I do know that he lives in West Covina, CA

Ya, If you read in the FOR SALE section, You'll see that HKS already drove by the guys parents house.
I've talked to a couple of companys already, Like VIS, and Cyberbest buy.
both companys are in the area.
Randy told me that he'll be getting the bumper from VIS, So I called them up and asked if they have ever hear of All bodykits, and they told me NO. and then I asked if they had any orders for a octane front, and they said NO.
So I told Randy that and he relplied that he buy under a diff name! He's so full of crap.
If you guy and galls could just take 3 min out of your day to e-mail him asking him why He likes to rip people off or Is your company a really company because alot of people are saying that your not.

I just sent him a email. I let him know that many of us know about him, his business, and where he lives. I also told him that we will be contact Lt. Greg Boyd, and that he (and his family since they know all about his fraudulent business) better be ready to go to prison!!!! I hope he feels threatened.

Why yes, I have his address, it is 1224 East Idahome St.. West Covina, Ca
I have also contacted LT. Greg Boyd, and he told me to get a lawyer, but maybe if we all contact him he will be able to do somthing. It is so hard for me to do anything without a lawyer since I live on the other Coast.
So I am thinking that this could be are chance to come together as a community and help out each other as a family. Please help me stop this guy from riping me off and other in the past and future.
I'll try small claim's court , but I would rather try to get all of us to get the problem solved, I would do it for anyone else, Just ask ERIC SOL.
He had a problem with a guy in Jupiter FL , Just 10 min from my house and I was willing to go and find out what the problem was.

Same company. Cyber Best Buy is just VIS' eBay account... they don't allow local pick up because you may notice... "Hey... it's really VIS" There is no physical "Cyber Best Buy" place... VIS is now also turning into a distro only and trying to not have walk-ins anymore.

Really, I didn't know that, Well I talked to a guy buy the name of Sunny, He was really nice and helpfull.
I had told him my whole story, and he said that he would pass the word around.
What do you guys think about small claims court? It's like $75.00 to file a claim. But will Randy pay up or just blow off the courts here in S. FL.? I know if he does blow off the courts he'll have alot bigger problem on his hands than just me.
