Just with that change only? I can see 10-15HP (with SC) by swithching over to the Greddy from STOCK. That's really a surprising gain (17HP)..... from Greddy to a bigger size AFTER the cat. What did you use? A custom piece?

at the volume of exhaust that is moved at 7psi of boost, the less restrictive 3" piping can definitely free up a good 15+ whp....

RON, yes custom bent (non mandrel) 3" piping and a straight through muffler. My custom y pipe was 2.5" off each exhaust manifold to a 3" out Flowmaster collector (3" flex section on y pipe as well) , what a difference over the standard Greddy catback that i had on there!

This is my dyno chart with 2.6" 7psi pulley w/ a Cat Converter running rich at 10.5:1 air/fuel
282TQ with NO HEADERS :o
