haha yeah sorry man, the lady wants to be as inconspicuous as possible! Loved the team hamster though haha.

For those that don't already know, we bought this car from Brett (YESCA) for my fiance to drive. She had been borrowing a car from her parents and wanted a solara, so this worked out pretty well. It is TRD supercharged, but we are trying to get the blower sold. As much as I would like to leave it on there, she is not down for premium gas and would rather put the money aside, which makes sense.

I took the stickers off, removed the state inspection stickers, took the gauges out and scraped the stuff of the dash, and got it about half clay barred. Gonna finish the rest tomorrow night and put the replacement steering wheel in. (which is actually my old wheel from MY solara, haha.)

Here are some more pics. I have only clay barred the front, haha:

More to come as I make more progress. All I can say is MAN, the stock suspension is scary!!

Congrats Damon and Mrs CamryonBronze.

I'm thinkin' bronze wheels would look sharp on that red. (It is your trademark) :D

Now this makes two of your cars that I haven't seen in person. I've got to get out to the A2SCC meets before the summer is over. BTW: Nice lookin' love shack you guys have there.

Is your new Solara better than, worse than or the same as your previous Solara?

I doubt its the same. Even though it is another Gen 1 Solara (good job), I'm guessing nothing could replace your original. Am I right? Or is this one better?

Oh man, mine was way better  I mean, brett took great care of it, but mine was much cleaner. And obviously being a manual, it was a TON more fun to drive than this one. Not to mention all of the modifications that were on mine  It is still a nice car though for sure!

haha, unfortunately that is my mom's house. I have her car out there right now while I get it cleaned up and get it registered this week. We got an apartment in Lansing- I will be moving in this week. I'll post pics after the wedding when we get home and all moved in and everything! The wedding is in 12 days...

I might toss the H&R springs from my beater camry on it- I'd like a set of TRD springs, but no dice so far...

Just happened to be what I had access to and was a really good deal. I wanted a car that I knew was maintained, so I this is the one that best fit our needs for the best deal. We both wanted a white one, but this is what worked out- it is growing on me though!

lol no, wouldn't do black rims. Don't think it will ever see any actually, haha. I would rather have the $2k or so as well personally... the auto is kind of slow/boring with the supercharger at stock boost... no offense guys  I am probably just used to the 240...
