is that a dealer installed option?

It makes me wonder, if the owner decide to custom paint it.
He should have done other mods as well, but the car is bone stock except the paint.

toyota had a two-tone paint scheme, i've seen it before, also on camrys and avalons, so its a factory color combo, now im gonna go puke
