I have in stock low profile boost port fittings for running a boost gauge on the TRD S/C. This fitting clears the TRD Strut brace!

^Probably b/c they couldn't find that fitting. I don't think it's very common.

Even with the low profile fitting I found, it would still make contact with the strut bar when the engine rocked in reverse. I just cut a notch out and had a piece welded back in. It's rock solid.

I still don't understand why my first s/c had the fitting mounted about 2" further down on the s/c than all of the other ones, leaving plenty of clearance... they must have revised it at some point. My second one had it set up like this.

For sure a nice fitting to have.

would they be beneficial to me? I MIGHT be interested. We'll have to talk/see when the s/c is in. I know i can't get the TRD strut bar and the oem solara already rubbed on my hood so idk maybe my strut tops are just higher and i can fit an oem bar, we'll have to see.
are avalons supposed to be this fast?

Guys please remember this fitting is designed for boost gauges that use a 3mm hose to slide over the barb on the fitting, this WILL NOT work for the autometer and sunpro gauges that use the small small clear tubing.
