those are either axis milanos or rays lexion type 203s...good luck finding either of them, they are both discontinued.

gahh....i knew i was forgetting the trafficstar variant ....either way, they're still out of your price range, and you'll only be able to find them used...unless some place has a set in the back corner somewhere, but i doubt it.

with your budget you should try used wheels, you can get some baller wheels on some of the other forums,,also try rbwheels
