What about the sides skirts? I had to make a hole for in the back, just infront of the rear tire. Their was no holes for me to use. so I had to make them.

then they are not real...or the bodyshop screwed up to mask off the holes when they possibly refinished the kit!

I just installed a TRD kit last night.. For the side skirt towards the rear wheel i had to make the hole also. there isn't one there.. also for the rear valances towards the center they have the self drilling screws included which makes the hole to hold it in.

Yea, The holes were on the skirts and valances but just not on the car itself. I had to make those.. I had to take off my rear wheels to do the install Cuz i had to make the holes.

But all in all. the kit looks clean.. I love the way my car looks now.. Hahaha..

also kinda off topic.. i really want to wash my car but since i just installed the kit should i wash it. since as you all know the kit is held mostly by double sided tape. Please advise.. Thanks

I think Happy Aggies said its best to wash your car first before putting on the kit because you basically would put the stickiness to the dirt rather than the car itself...

So Id say give it a couple days sitting in the sun then go the wash :D

I have a question about the bodykit. After installing the kit, is it still possible to jack the car up the normal way to work on brake pads, wheels, etc?

thanks

do you have a big jack? or do you still use the scissor jack?

i have a low profile jack from napa and goes right under the front, since there is a gap and use the frame to jack up the car.

you should still be able to get to the jack point on the side w/ a scissor jack though.
