It is clear that you take great care of your car, I wish the Civic that my family sold to that one guy and his mom took care of it just the same.

THANKS TO EVERYONE for taking the time to congratulate me and for saying such nice things about me, my car, and my first year of owning it. It has been a labor of love and this forum has been the perfect place to express that love and to find appreciation and acceptance for my present obsession. I dropped my car off on the way to work this morning and picked it up this evening with new brake pads all around. She still drove like a champ and stopped on every dime, so to speak. I like the new tight feeling I got when stopping. I don't really have a name for my car other than my own which is on the tag, JIMMM, and I say it means Jim in motion. My friends coined that name for me because when I say my name I accentuate the mmm's. Therefore, people often mock me by repeating "Jimmm" as if it had an aliteration of m's instead of just one. Since childhood I have always been careful to pronounce all the syllables in a word when speaking. I hope to own this car until I can't drive it anymore, and then perhaps I will give it to my nephew who is now only 13 y/o. I think he might appreciate it just because I gave it to him. Good night to all.
