What fluids are you currently using?

I've been curious because I'm being a guinea pig with my RX300 (it's also got a 1MZFE like the V6 Solara), but I wanted to see what everyone was using with regard to the specific fluids mentioned below, so that I might try out others in the future:

Engine Oil:
Oil Filter:
Transmission Fluid:
Power Steering Fluid:
Brake Fluid:

My current ones are:

Engine Oil: Castrol Syntec 0W30 (last time I was regularly using something different was many, many years ago with Mobil 1 0W40)
Oil Filter: K&N HP-2009 (that's larger than the OEM sized HP-1002)
Transmission Fluid: Redline D4 (was using Amsoil ATF)
Power Steering Fluid: Mobil 1 ATF (was using Valvoline Synthetic PSF many, many years ago)
Brake Fluid: Pentosin DOT4 (was using ATE SuperBlue)

Engine Oil: Valvoline High Mileage 5w-30
Oil Filter: Whatever is on sale
Transmission Fluid: Valvoline
Power Steering Fluid: O.E.
Brake Fluid: Castrol Dot 5

The truck is getting Mobile 1 0w-20. At least it's on a 5k interval.
Let's just pretend I didn't grow up, or you're going to be terribly disappointed.
