It's still up... mine should be here within a few days...

It's the McCulloch 5300K kit for whichever bulb fit you have...

There are various brightness that claim to be JDM...

4700, 5000, and 5300

I think 4700 is pure white where blue has some blue that isn't that noticeable while 5300 has a little more blue that is somewhat noticeable but still looks mostly white

But from pictures I've seen... they do look more white than blue

it burns, if not less, at the same wattage as regular halogen bulbs, but doesn't heat up as much. that's the main idea behind HID's.

I doubt the group buy is still available but you can get the same exact kit from a seller on ebay for about $340 shipped anytime. Just do a search for mcculloch hid.
On the other hand if you do some research on the web for mcculloch hids and/or bohmen hids (same kit), you will find a lot of mixed but mostly negative reviews for it. Mostly quality issues such as the bulb blowing very fast, the high cost of replacement bulbs, ballasts becoming defective, etc.
Also if you didnt know, this hid kit uses your existing headlight wires to power the ballast. It is a direct plug in to the factory harness. Very easy to install, but probably not so good for the stock wires over time. Most other HID kits draw power direct from the battery like audio amp. HIDs only use 35watts but to initially fire up the bulb the ballast has a huge current draw.
Just giving you a heads up
