Terrible exhaust sound (vid).. whats wrong?

Hello once again,

In the process of a complete tune-up on my car... and the exhaust has come to my attention.

It is quite loud, with most the sound coming from the y-pipe or cat area... the video does not do it justice BUT, it sounds kind of like a tin-can, and sounds kind of bubbly too... also sounds like there is excess exhaust coming out (like air being pushed through a small hole).. Keep in mind this is a stock V6 'lara...

Any suggestions would be GREAT!!! Already had one leak fixed, but the guys at the garage cant seem to pin-point where this one is.. Also, could this effect my gas mileage? Cause for those who read my last thread, you know it SUCKS

Ironically it probably does sound better in that clip... in reality, its VERY unsmooth, bubbly, and raspy.. Not sure if it could be the cat? But im thinking if it were the cat, i would get a CEL... However, the cat went out in my old prelude and never got a CEL, hmmmm

My favorite way for finding leaks in the exhaust is to dump Seafoam into the vacuum line. If you have someone help you to rev the engine while you check under the hood and under the car, you'll see where any leaks are by the wisps of seafoam. It would help to have the car raised of course.

Thats how I found THIS leak (now replaced with headers and new gaskets :D) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fT9JrvXdn6c

WOW now thats a leak, haha I have been thinking of doing this "SeaFoam" procedure, I am just a little skeptical on how its done...

How is it suppose to help? Does it just clean junk out of your engine and whatnot?

Do some research. ToyotaNation.com, Google, and YouTube are all great places to check before asking here.

Thats definitely a leak. I recently bottom out, and busted up my exhaust pipe in my del sol. It split down the factory seam and sound pretty similar to the way your car sounds.
