After goin through my options i picked the Megan Racing Drift Spec 2.5" catback. pretty cheap and will fit my look (kinda ricey:rolleyes:) pretty well. i also choose it because it has a removable silencer which i need for my early to rise work life so i dont piss off my neighbours. yes i am aware it will reduce flow and pretty much negate the performance, ive taken that into account, but i can remove it when i want. its gonna be interesting to see what all has to change to get it to mount up to the gen3 since its made for gen1 solara. anyways heres what it looks like.

This exhaust is what I would get if I didnt have TRD.

That sounds pretty nice actually. I don't find it to be ricey at all.

Anyone have a sound clip of a 1MZ with TRD muffler ONLY, and no other exhaust mods?

well ill tell ya what i have.

old style OBX headers and Y-pipe (pre JPP copies) - smaller diameter primaries and shirter design as well as a funky angled bend for the Y-pipe. then the megan racing catback...thats it. Im sure the SC has something to do with it too.

BTW PICS ADDED
