I have the JPP Headers, Y-Pipe and Exhaust. I had the headers and y-pipe with the TRD exhaust and it wasn't much louder than just the TRD exhaust, it sounded better though. It is a little louder with the exhaust but again, it sounds very good, not annoying. Ask others that have heard my car. -JoeB

I've heard a couple of cars with the JPP headers, one with a Greddy exhaust, and one with an Apexi WS exhaust. The headers made both cars a little louder than they were with the stock exhaust manifold, but it was really just more of an authoritative sound; not overly loud and definitely not obnoxious. From inside the car, the sound of the supercharger was louder than the additional noise from the headers.

As for the resonators, you could ask Ericsol about that.

I passed the Maryland smog test with the JP Performance headers and Y-Pipe with the TRD exhaust. Since then, I got the JP Performance exhaust also. -JoeB

Ericsol passed the California smog test with the JPP headers and exhaust, but just barely. He told me that JPP could use a different catalytic converter if passing the smog test was a concern, although there would be a slight power loss.

Again, Eric would be the guy to ask about this.

Just got back from SEMA. If you use one of the new obd2 cats I'm sure you would pass with flying colors, I passed using a high-flow cat.
