My black widow kit is almost finished and I need to do the work as soon as possible. The tip on the TRD exhuast doesn't quite reach the end of the bumper and can cause some paint damage. Can you tell me where you went? I'm hoping not to spend too much, I have spent so much on the bodykit intstall and paint, I need to find a good shop that can get it done reasonably. I know I could just find any muffler shop, but I would like to go where someone has been already. Any recommendations for mufflers? Any help will be deeply appreciated.

Thanks :)

I'm guessing no one in so. cal has split their exhaust with a y-pipe and 2 mufflers? :-?

i dont think it split @ the Y pipe... more so at the axle back (if we had one.) I believe it is similar to the V6 design of the accords.

Exactly, that's what I'm talking about...just like the accords.

Meineke will do that for not much. My friend had it done on his Sentra (just for show) and the materials (minus mufflers) and labor ran him about $200

yea i got my exhuast on my old car done for about 100 taking out the resonators adding new piping and putting the new exhuasts on...200 does sound like a lot...small indepedent shops are the best and if you find one owned by a minority they will usually charge less and will do illegal things if you ask and pay cash... :P

i think its true because having two pipes reduces back pressure, which reduced your power....someone correct me if im wrong

true dual would be bad because it would reduce too much back pressure, but i'm sure thats not what you are looking at because that is very involved.

Catback dual wouldn't affect backpressure enough to yield a signifigant power loss. The biggest problem is the addition of weight
