Only the trd lip kit is in urethane
If your looking for something more extreme there's VIS and Black Widow which is fiberglass.

i like the black widow kit- how much does it cost to install and paint? This place in boston charged 1000 for paint and labor. Is that a good price?

The black widow kit will cost more to install because the sides and rear don't fit correctly. Those pieces will have to be shaped to fit which is timely and therefore costly.

That's a dangerous question, cheap up front might equal expensive to install / maintain as the fitment might be crappy, or the fiberglass shoddy. The best prices I have seen on kits have been on eBay, but then again that's only the initial cost.
Let's just pretend I didn't grow up, or you're going to be terribly disappointed.

The TRD kit would seem more expensive because of the cost of the kit, however when you take into account that there is no other kit that fits perfectly, you save quite a bit on the installation, plus they are made out of urethane instead of fiberglass. I have TRD side skirts and rear valances with a Black Widow front bumper, however the entire TRD kit would have been about the same amount with all said and done.

As far as the durability of fiberglass, I have a Black Widow front bumper that has gone through many scrapes driving on the worthless roads in Missouri... So I try to stay in Kansas :) It has held up for about 3/4 of a year now with no damage. Impacts to a fiberglass bumper will not be as forgiving as a normal bumper, however, even at low speeds. I've never had problems with pot holes, it's the steep inclines that make me cringe hearing the bumper rub.

Don't forget about paints jobs - the fiberglass kits come unpainted where the TRD/Molly comes matched to your car's color.

I hear that scraping sound everytime I go down my driveway...but I stuck on aluminum sheets under the bumper to protect it.

You can also install the TRD kit yourself (from what I hear) but the other kits, you'd have to take to a body shop and let them do it.

Ain't that the truth. I'm already looking at about $3000 for install, custom molding, and paint (whole car). I paid $600 for the kit. If I didn't have it all molded who knows how much it would cost! Remember, what you don't pay for in the kit, you will PAY for in the installation!
