I was wondering of the Apexi WS cat-exhaust would fit the 00' Solaras 4 cylinder?

yes it should fit without any problems...the v6 and i-4 has the same set-up as far as i know..

I think all you gotta do is get an O2 sensor at a parts store, cut off the wires and make it like a dummy sensor to plug up the extra hole that the i4 doesn't use.

Works perfect. I have one. No extra sensors or anything, that's only the 2AZ guys, the best I can tell.
Let's just pretend I didn't grow up, or you're going to be terribly disappointed.
