2AZ-FE (02-now 4cyl) Owners: Anyone interested in headers?

A few of us have talked to Xerd and they are willing to make headers AND a CAI for our car (finally...)
Conditions:
We need 15 people interested to put $100 down. Once that is done, they will start prototyping headers and testing until it has good gains. Once that is done, you will be contacted and you will receive your set once your remaining balance is paid off. The approx. final cost will be from 400 to 500 (your $100 down will go towards that, so you would pay 300-400 more). After that, it'll cost more. The price for the first 15 may go lower if the cost of manufacturing is less. They estimate 2-3 months from start til finish.
Same deal on the CAI. We need 15 people to put $100 down first and they will start prototyping. The retail would be around $250 but the first 15 will get the CAI for about $150 (pay 50 more upon completion)
Richard and I will coordinate this project and see how many people are serious with this and we'll keep you posted w/ periodic PMs of how the project is going.
Spead the word to other 2AZ owners (headers). The CAI can't be universal due to the difference in engine compartments. The CAI is for 02-04 Solaras only (we'll make sure that the engine compartment is nearly the same for the 04 before finalizing anything):
02-04 Solara (4-cylinder)
02-04 Highlander (4-cylinder)
02-04 Camry (4-cylinder)
04 Rav4 (I think 2wd and 4wd models)

Possibly the CAI as well.
