yea but i have a system in my trunk... so i have no space for a snow board.. plus if i want to fit a snow board i have to put down my rear seats... that means i can't have more then 1 passenger...

You could only put short side down and still fit 1-2 people back there... but then you still have the subs blocking it. I was trying to figure this out the other day too since the mountain opened here this weekend.

even if you didn't have a system would you really want to put wet dirty skis or snowboards in your trunk? some cars have that little bag thing that goes in the middle seat to protect the car and trunk..that would be ok...but i wouldn't wanna put wet snowbaords in my trunk.

I was thinking the same thing. If they like slide around you're gonna get the back of you front seats dirty from the board crashing into them and they can get your back seats dirty and who really wants that? Better off racking it.

I went snowboarding yesterday. Fit 2 boards in the back seat and 2 people in the car without any problems. I was thinking about a rack but if I ever have more than 2 people going I'll just make someone else drive, also.
