I ordered a LED kit from a company (which I've forgotten the name already). The kit includes some small LEDs sitting behind the needle and a control module.

Installing was easy but only because I already took all the needles out and marked all the correct spots to put back the needles. I know some people screwed up the calibration big time and could not fix it.

Almost anything can be, if you have the time, know-how and sometimes money. There was a post about this a while back for DIY needles try search for it.

Yup, but it's hard to find those small size LED. Even if I find it, the cost of buying all the stuff will be close to the amount I paid.

If you can find out the actual size I can check into some decent prices for you. My friend's company has all sorts of LEDs and assorted electronic stuff.
Please stop humping my car, owner privilege!
