tanya wrote:I don't know how other states do it, but in WI, if your car gets hit (even when it's parked and you are not in the car), but you claim insurance on it to get it fixed, points are taken away from you and after so many claims your insurance goes up as well...I think that you are 10% responsible for all accidents even if none of it is your fault (In WI at least)
