i just upgraded my headlights to 6000k hids. do i need to upgrade the wiring harness too?

you might want to consider it. did you at least upgrade the fuses?

Yes I would use a upgrade harness. You can make your own or get a pretty high quality one for about $50.

do you need to upgrade the harness if you goto HID's??? I have a set of 5000 in my head lights... how do u upgrade the harness?

i tried to install my hids last night but it won't light. anyone get ideas?

nevermind i figured it out. i had to connect black with red instead of black to black.

i'll post pics when i get my camera. i got an 8000k kit. i ordered 6000k but i got 8000k. i think i like the 8000k better though

Why would anyone need up upgrade their harnesses?

HID draws less current.
