timing belt is so expensive to change...

thank god the 02-03 2az-fe engine is a timing chain and not belt.. not need to change at 60, 90 or 120K. <~ what dealer told me..

only think is with timing chain you have to becareful cuz it can be thrown out of timing. I have brought my car back to toyota to have the timing adjusted twice...

I don't think a timing belt in a V6 would be all that hard to change at all. I've done a dozen in a 2.0l turbo DSM engine, with a solid 4 inches (literally) of room to get your hands in there and work.

Anyone have a factory service manual they could scan and put online? :D
