There's no reason to touch the cam gears when doing a timing belt. I'd assume it to be a fairly straightforward ordeal. Replace all the belts and tensioners (I'd do whatever seals I could get at when I was in there if I were you), line up the timing marks, and you're ready to rumble. I'd get a factory service manual (yah, bitch bitch bitch I know they're expensive, no excuse not to have one if you're working on your own car though) and use that for reference. I don't find anything online, but I haven't looked much. Maybe one of the Camry forums or websites will have some kind of instructions for this?
