Front sway bar is waste of money... Stock one's good enough..

REAR sway bar however is definitely worth it!!
I hear that handling becomes so much better!! Also, we can adjust the setting from agressive(race) to street..

REAR SWAY BAR!!!! Let's do this!!

this is completely an amature "you're gonna shake your heads w/ pity" question..but what does a rear sway bar quite do, and how and where do they install it. i've seen one so i know what it looks like and i know it's suppose to give it handling, but that's about it. i'm guessing it has something to do w/ stabilizing the car in the back by balancing the weight of the car as it shifts while turning?? lol..that's probably complete wrong..but it kinda makes sense right?? it sways as you turn ..lol :P

Simply put,

TRD Rear sway bar will get rid of Solara's body roll when you turn, and give more sports car like behavior... "It carves the corner as if it's on rails" feel...

I'm curious to why you don't like them also. I've bought stuff from them before, and I like them (of course everywhere has their good and bad salesguy).

TRD Rear Swaybar

Postby Guest/Raincrow » Tue Sep 24, 2002 10:22 pm

Hey all Solara owners. I guess the hot item to start out with is the TRD rear sway bar. I'll get some prices for the group buy and post it within the next couple of days.

TRD rear sway

Postby Ragtop George » Wed Sep 25, 2002 8:42 am

I would be interested in the rear sway bar, I understand it is not too expensive.
