i need to secure my "brain," that connects to my headunit, under my seat. i was thinking of some double sided tape or double sided velcro so i could take it off if i needed to. you guys any better suggestions? also, do you think the tape would melt from the heat generated?

doesnt your brain come with a mount kit?

it will be more secure than tape or velcro... but if it didnt, then go for velcro.

i used a piece of wood about the size of the brain and about 3/4 inch thick.. i wraped the piece of wood with th carpet for my sub boxes and mounted the brian to that. worked out great and never had problems with it..
