Do you guys get a lot of break dust on your front rims?
I do, and my front disc brakes make what seems to be a lot of noise. The pads still have a lot of meet on them too.

Anybody had similar problems?

No, it's a real high pitched noice.... I'll have to take a better look at them, maybe this weekend. Although negative temps aren't to good for car work.

Also there is a low moan when highway driving almost like and exhaust sound any ideas on that? not brake related though.

brake dust is normal on all brake pads. some just have more than others.

when was the last time you serviced your brake pads? perhaps you need some brake gunk to help pad the vibration of the screamer plates. i call them screamer plates b/c they scream when yoou need to change the brake pads out.

as for that low moan noise. its your engine. there is no such thing as a silent engine when all that combustion is going on inside.

Wait, what's the engine you speak of? J/K
Ok if you say so I'll take your word for it.

Anyway my GF just bought the Solara used in Oct. so I haven't really serviced it aside from changing the oil to Synth.
