Isn't this forum set up to share ideas and infos, suggestions and stuff like that? I'm looking for instructions to program my keyless entry remote (NOT KEY!) 1999 Toyota Solara and I thought I came to the right forum, but nobody is responding, and other search pages I've seen keep showing information to program the key not the remote, other people keep saying, call the dealership (but they won't help me over the phone, they want me to bring the car in and charge me a ridiculous fee in order to program it).

ISN'T THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE WHO KNOWS HOW TO PROGRAM A STOCK REMOTE? PLS HELP!!!!!!!!!

Maybe you should register first. Also, don't double post, you already posted this in another thread, just bump that thread. Try another dealer, in your area, maybe they'll help you out.
