Programming the Homelink visor

Anyone know how to do this? Just picked up my car (2000 SLE) and it comes equipped with it, and I'd love to use it, I just don't have any of the programming documentation.

im pretty sure all you do is take the remote of the device you are trying to program hold it up (with the button pressed) and psuh the button of the slot you are programming (on the visor) hold it down for like 10 sec. i think and that should do it. at least thats what i think i last programmed mine like almost 4 years ago.

In my case I had the rolling code on my garage door opener. In that case after you program the homelink button with the previously mentioned step, you then press the learn button on your garage door opener and press the homelink button in the car, 2 or 3 times within 30 seconds.

Yah, it's easily the coolest thing on the car. No more bad range or dead batteries in the opener. And I even programmed my parents opener and my in-law's opener in it. That = teh cool.
