we need to find someone to make custom cam shafts for our cars. i love the low end tq but my top end just sucks. think about it... cams that are even better than what vtec feels when it kicks in (in a type r or something). that would be like super VVT and would make our cars fast as hell.

well im not real smart when it comes to engines either but larger cam lobes could be used to make the valves travel a bit farther allowing more air and fuel into the mix as well as letting more exhaust out..

A cam shaft has two basic ratings, lift and durration. Lift refers to the hieght of a lobe on the shaft or how much it will open the valve. Durration is how long the vavle is held at maximum capacity. By increasing the two your heads will put more air/fuel in = more power. Lift is what gives old cars the awesome sound they get when u swap out the cam, however it doesnt really do that on a new cars ( atleast the supra i heard). Either way, im pretty sure you would have to get some cams custom ground. Read this, its pretty damn cool http://www.projecttransam.com/coates.asp
