you re-use the stock rear sway bar bolts.

buy some good quality grease. ( i bought synthetic mobil 1 all purpose grease)

take my advice... use the grease it comes with, grab some plumber's tape, wrap it a few times over the grease, and apply more grease afterwards. it may be hard to fit, but trust me, its a pain in the arse when it starts to squeak.

well, i put the RSB in today...everything was fine except for the rusted nuts which was a pain. But, i wanted to put it on the track setting, but which one is it? Is the track setting the hole that's closest to the end of the bar or vice versa?

closer to the bar is the track setting. notice that by bolting to that hole, it makes the bar shorter. the end holes make the bar longer.

i would suggest setting on the out most hole first.

once you get used to the setting, then change into the inner most hole.

since i didn't have it on street setting, i'm not really sure of the difference between the two, but the track setting is awesome, the car hugs the turns like it's nothin'...definitely tell the difference in cornering, that's for sure

Yes, the outer hole is the street setting, and inner hole (closer to the middle) is the track.
