Last Tint Question

On page 125 of my manual, it warns me that applying tint to the rear window (particularly the metallic type) will significantly reduce my radio reception. So, is it going to mess with my antenna as they claim?

If you get a fully metallized tint for the rear window, you may experience a SMALL amount of radio reception issues. Like if you're used to pulling in stations from 100 miles away, you probably won't be able to. It's kind of like replacing the stock radio with an aftermarket one - you loose the diversity antenna, and a small amount of range. No biggie.

But who listens to the radio anyway? That's why I have satellite radio, my Sirius antenna is outside the car.
